Saturn has structured its Efficient Process Improvement Model “MMEP”. With this, it seeks to continue innovating in every process to benefit its clients in terms of efficiencies in load capacity, improvement in route travel times, modeling of operations, reduction of environmental impacts, cost reduction among others.
To date, Saturno has implemented more than 20 continuous improvement processes with cost reductions of more than 2.5 million US dollars for its customers.
